Step 1: Cleanse
Lather the Magnesium & Arnica Goat Milk Soap with water and gently cleanse the skin. Rinse thoroughly.

Step 2: Moisturize
After drying, massage a small amount of Magnesium & Arnica Body Butter into the skin, giving extra attention to dry or hardworking areas.

Use after showering, after physical activity or as part of your evening body-care routine.
