Organic Raw Shea Butter — A rich plant butter that helps moisturize, soften and condition dry skin.

Organic Avocado Oil — One of The Smel Gud Shop's signature ingredients. This emollient oil helps condition skin and contributes to a soft, moisturized feel.

Organic Mango Butter — Adds additional conditioning and helps give the body butter its smooth, luxurious texture.

Organic Arrowroot Powder — Helps create the silky, less-heavy finish of the whipped formula.

Plant-Based Cetearyl Alcohol — A fatty alcohol used to support the texture and conditioning qualities of the formula.

Fragrance — Selected to create the scent experience of each body butter variety.

Full Ingredients: Organic raw shea butter, organic avocado oil, organic mango butter, organic arrowroot powder, plant-based cetearyl alcohol, fragrance.*

Scoop out a small amount and warm it between your hands. Massage into clean skin until absorbed, paying extra attention to dry areas such as hands, elbows, knees and feet.

For best results, apply after bathing while skin is still slightly damp. Because this is a concentrated, water-free body butter, start with a small amount and add more as needed.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Important Warm-Weather Shipping Information

Whipped body butter is naturally heat-sensitive. When temperatures are 80°F or above, we take extra steps to help protect your body butter during transit. We freeze your body butter before shipping and include an ice pack with your order.

Even with these precautions, body butter may soften or melt during transit, especially if a package is exposed to prolonged heat.

If your body butter melts, the jar may appear less full because the air incorporated during whipping has been lost. The amount of product has not disappeared—the whipped texture has simply changed.

Once cooled, the butter can still be used but may have a denser, balm-like texture.

To Restore a Whipped Texture

• Refrigerate the jar until the butter becomes firm.
• Allow it to return closer to room temperature.
• Transfer the butter to a clean bowl and re-whip with a clean hand mixer.
• Return the butter to the jar.

Store your body butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

This is better than saying you “refrigerate” it because freeze before shipping + ice pack at 80°F and above accurately describes the extra care customers are receiving.
