How long does the soap last?
Our handcrafted soap bars are made with nourishing, plant-based ingredients—so how you use and store them matters. A bar used in the shower will naturally be enjoyed more quickly than one reserved for hand washing. When used at the sink, a bar can last up to two months. In the shower, expect approximately 3–4 weeks of use, depending on frequency.
To get the most out of your Smel Gud soap, use in the burlap bag and allow it to fully dry between uses. Keeping the bar out of direct water contact and placing it on a well-draining soap dish helps preserve its integrity, extend its life, and maintain that rich, creamy lather you love.

Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are made with plant-based ingredients, but not everything in our collection is vegan. Our soaps are crafted using a goat’s milk soap base, and our lip balms contain beeswax.
All other ingredients we use throughout the line are plant-based and thoughtfully chosen for quality, performance, and care. We believe in transparency, so each product clearly lists its ingredients to help you choose what best aligns with your needs and values.
