Full Ingredients: Fine Epsom Salt, Whipped Soap Base (Distilled Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Stearic Acid, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Optiphen), Avocado Oil, Raw Shea Butter, Emulsifying Wax (Plant Derived), Stearic Acid (Derived from Coconut Oil), Magnesium Chloride, Arnica Oil, Vitamin E, Bergamot Essential Oil

Apply a small amount to wet skin in the shower.

Massage gently using circular motions, focusing on areas such as arms, legs, elbows, knees and feet.

Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat skin dry.

Use 2–3 times per week or as desired, depending on your skin's needs.
